How to Search for a Funding Commitment - Simple Search
Select All Operations in the top right.

Click into the Search Commitments field.

Search commitments by entering a recipient name or commitment ID then select Search.

If you entered a valid commitment ID, the funding commitment will open for you once you select Search. If you entered a recipient name, you will be presented with a list of relevant funding commitments.
When searching by recipient names, search results will appear in the Search Results section of the page. To open a commitment, click on the commitment number.
4. This screen allows users to search for funding commitments based on many different criteria. Once you have input your search criteria, select Search, and the search results will appear below.
These process steps assume that you have input search criteria in the advanced search page. Please see Advanced Search - Funding Commitment instructions for how to perform an advanced search.
1. Once you've customized the search criteria you need, select the Search button at the top or bottom of the Advanced Search section.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Export to CSV

3. Select the Commitment Properties you want to export.

In addition to selecting individual properties to export, at the top of each section of the page you have the option to Select All details within the section.
4. Click Export to export your funding commitment data to a CSV file

If your original search contained attributes from the Transfer Details section on the Advanced Search page, you will have the option to Export Selected Lines Only. This will export only the specific commitment line items that meet your search criteria. You will also be able to export all line items from the funding commitments your search results by selecting Export All Commitment Lines.
Within the CSV export menu, you may find yourself choosing to export the same columns over and over again. If you do, you can save your selections for later.
Steps to set up a saved export:
Select all of the columns that you want
You may need to toggle the Show/Hide Saved Selections link to show the Save as Selection button
Click Save as Selection
Enter a name for your saved selection and click Save
Your saved selections, if any, will appear in a dropdown list within this menu
