Off-Cycle Search Authorizations can be created by the HSDO Faculty Affairs team.
If the off-cycle search is a one-time search, such as a target of opportunity search, it can be created directly within the Search Authorization module.
If the off-cycle search will be renewable year-over-year, it must be created using the Search Request module first, then authorized to create a Search Authorization record.
